Vision: To make leaders through Christian Discipleship
Mission: to train/mentor Leaders and to undertake Discipleship programmes locally and in the rest of Africa
Among our specific objectives are to;
1) Raise, mobilize and disburse funds and other resources for the promotion of Leadership development
2) Train youth on issues that touch on purity and Integrity
3) Entire into any arrangement with any organization or company or other body having objects similar to our organization to achieve our goal of training leaders.
ACLM membership has identified a great deficiency in Christian Leadership in Kenya, Africa and the world. We seek to pray a part in making a difference by identifying and taking the opportunities availed to us.
This organization started as an idea as a group Bible study in parenting fellowship of parklands Baptist church discussed how to make a difference behold the family. The group realized that even if every parent in the group did their best to bring up the best children, the society will still be an influence. To seek to make a difference within the society (though little initially) the group came up with thoughts that lead to the formation of ACLM.
ACLM has been able to sponsor seminars in Rwanda, Burundi, Congo and Uganda. There are many other opportunities in the above countries and south Sudan.
We seek to train Leaders locally and abroad and to mobilize leaders and youth in Kenya to be agents of change in the region
Our short term plan is to train leaders in Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania and south Sudan with emphasis on youth groups and church leadership.
In the previous years ACLM has sponsored seminars in more than 20 locations in the region. We have majored on sexual purity seminars in schools and churches and the reports indicate that there has been a significant change in behavior among the youth that attended these seminars.
